Personal Documents
- Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports
- Three (3) recent photographs, passport size, with white background
- Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
- Two photocopies each and original of recently paid utilities bill of the last three months
- Original and two photocopies of Police clearance
Professional Documents
- Trade license, memorandum of article VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for employee)
- Pay Slip, salary certificate (for Employees)
- Visiting Card
- Letter Head
- GO & Note verbal for official passport holders
Financial Documents
- Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent)
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- One photocopy and original of credit card or debit card statements for the last three months
- Copies of documents showing other funds available - such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
- Income Tax Certificate Translated & Notarized
- Valuation of other Assets (if any)

- Invitation letter sent from Brazil must have been notarized in the same Jurisdiction as of the Brazilian company or individual

Long-stay (Type D) visa fee: BDT 12,000 (including BDT 8,000 service charge)
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
Police clearance certificate (original and two photocopies) required
Utilities bill of last three months required (two photocopies and original)
Income Tax Certificate must be translated and notarized
Invitation letter from Brazil must be notarized in the same jurisdiction as the Brazilian company or individual
